In the light of huge privacy and business concerns around social networking sites, the compromise of an ISP’s customer database, the HMRC data loss and calls from UK business for Government to take cyber crime more seriously – what steps can we take to reassure customers and stakeholders that we know what needs to be done? What does success look like?

This meeting of the CEP provides us with an opportunity to examine what we believe are the key risk, security and technology issues that came to the fore in 2007 and looking to the year ahead, what solutions do we believe exist which offer a blueprint for success.
