The object of an Information Disclosure Review is to assess the quantity and quality of sensitive information about an organisation that is freely available on the Internet.
During the normal course of business an organisation will leave information available to the public; whether intentionally or otherwise.
The purpose of an Information Disclosure Review is to provide both an understanding of what information is available and how such disclosure should be limited in future. We will also highlight the threat posed by information we find so the client may evaluate the associated risks and consider remedial action.
It is common for the Team to find detailed information about an organisation; including details of systems, software and architecture; during an Information Disclosure Review.
