Details:

It was observed that the postgresql service was network accessible (on TCP port 5432). This was used by a java applet present in the HTTP management interface, which contained hardcoded credentials.

Impact:

An attacker could attempt to exploit these services and gain a foothold on the system by attacking the exposed services.
